OUR STANDARDS

OUR MATERIALS

  • We use only first-grade materials sourced from reputable suppliers to ensure durability and superior performance
  • Our fabrics are 100% waterproof, with built-in fire retardants, UV protection, and anti-bacterial treatment

PVC Material

  • 550g – Medium duty
  • 700g – Heavy duty
  • 800g – Extra heavy duty
  • The tear and tensile strength of PVC material is determined by its base cloth, which consists of polyester threads running in two directions: Full Panama weave – Two yarns running together in each direction for extra tear strength, and Half Panama weave – Two yarns in one direction and a single yarn in the other.

Polyethylene Material

  • Lightweight and absorbs almost no water (0%)
  • Thickness: 180g – High-density

Canvas Material

  • Highly durable ripstop canvas
  • Fungal resistant and waterproof
  • Available in thicknesses of 260g, 300g, 400g, and 500g

OUR MANUFACTURING PROCESS

  • We use high-frequency PVC welding to ensure strong, durable seams and joins, all handled by our trained and experienced team.
  • Where applicable, weldable webbing is incorporated into the seams for additional strength and longevity.
  • Our stitching is of the highest quality, ensuring durability and reliability.
